Delete Your asQkme Account

This page is for users of asQkme, the social polling and matching app. You do not need to sign in. Fill in the form below to request that your asQkme account and associated personal data are deleted.

How to delete your asQkme account

1. Enter the email address on your asQkme account. Add your username if you know it.
2. Confirm that you want the account deleted, then tap Submit account deletion request.
3. asQkme will process the request and delete the account after a 30-day waiting period.
4. To cancel during those 30 days, sign in to asQkme or email privacy@asqkme.com.

What data is deleted

When your asQkme account is deleted, we delete the personal data associated with that account, including:

• Account information: email address, username, display name, and authentication credentials
• Profile information: profile photo, name, and other details you added to your profile
• Content you created: polls, comments, and direct messages
• Activity data: votes, answers, matches, friend connections, and in-app notifications
• Device and usage data stored with your account, such as push tokens and account-linked logs

What data may be kept, and for how long

• 30-day waiting period: After you submit the form, your asQkme account stays in a pending-deletion state for 30 days so you can cancel.
• After 30 days: We delete the account and the personal data listed above.
• Limited legal retention: We may keep a small amount of information when we are required to by law, to resolve disputes, prevent fraud or abuse, or enforce our Terms of Service. We keep this only as long as needed for those purposes.
• De-identified or aggregated data: Information that no longer identifies you (such as anonymous poll vote totals) may be kept.
• Other people's copies: Messages or comments you sent may still appear in another user's inbox until those copies are removed where technically possible.
